Marko Ubovic started his Bachelor studies in Fine Arts at FHNW in Basel bevor returning to his home country Serbia in 2008, where he finished his studies. He is currently writing a PhD at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and teaches at the Academy of Art in Belgrad. Since 2007 he has been exhibiting regularly in international exhibitions and festivals. In 2017 "Valley of the Shadow of Death" won the first prize in the category of Experimental Short Film at the Interference Festival in Gdansk, Poland.
